Delivery Policy

Please note shipping costs are automatically calculated by royal mail at checkout using size and weight if your order exceeds 2kg then it may be cheaper to use Parcelforce or if ordering multiple items splitting the order in to 2 orders can be cheaper thank you

We ship the same day on most items or the following working day on orders placed and payment has been received before 2.30 via royal mail and 1.00 via Parcelforce. We ship by Parcelforce next day or Royal mail 24 (1st Class) or 48 (2nd Class) & Special Delivery on small items items over £30 will be shipped Signed for, If you need a different type of shipment ie Saturday delivery please ask for the price.

If you want your item to be tracked please use Parcel Force or Special Delivery.

Royal mail

Royal mail will only attempt to deliver once then you will need to collect it from your local post office to collect your item or re arrange delivery

Royal mail 24 is NOT a guaranteed next day service it is the equivalent to 1st class post and is estimated next day

If the item is returned to us undelivered and not collected via royal mail the item will be refunded on

In the unfortunate event your item doesn’t royal mail will not accept a lost in the post clam until 10 days have passed, so sorry but we have to wait for this 10 day period to end before we can do anything.

Items over £30 will be shipped with full tracking and may need a signature

we ship all item with minimum of 2d tracking

Please note Parcelforce will attempt to deliver your item twice if they have to call back a 3rd time a charge will be made and payable BY YOU BEFORE they will re deliver.ALL PARCELFORCE DELIVERY’S WILL NEED A SIGNATURE

They will hold your item for up to 5 days for you to collect it or pay for re delivery after that they will return the item to us

Parcelforce provide us with proof of delivery and attempted deliveries

Return Policy

Returns are available on a limited basis. Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 7 working days after the day you receive the item we give you up to 14 days to decide.Please note if you return a item under the distance selling act we only refund on the basic 2nd class postage costs if you have paid extra for for a faster delivery this extra is not refundable.

For an item to be eligible for return, you must notify us in writing of your intent to return an item within 14 Days of expected delivery date or confirmed receipt.

A deduction or charge may also be made for any goods returned damaged, opened, incomplete or in a poorer condition than received,

Returns will only be accepted if they are unused, undamaged in its full original undamaged packaging we must be able to resell the item as new. INK cartridges will only be refunded it the cartridges are unopened.

You the customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods and the postage costs.

We will not refund on goods we do not receive back or goods that are damaged so please use a postal service with proof of delivery and insurance cover when returning goods thank you.

Items described as Damaged, used, Ex Catalogue, Mail order return, QA, Non-Returnable are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless faulty.

If an item is faulty it can be sent back for testing if found to be faulty an exchange or refund will be offered. If no fault is found the goods will be returned to you, you will need to pay all the postage prior to return, if you a unwilling to pay the postage we will refund on the item less postage and costs.

Job lots and trade sales and items sold For parts or not working are sold on a non return basis but we will look at each case individually if you wish to return your purchase please note on this type of sale ALL the postage will be payable by you and deducted from any refund.

If a item is returned as undelivered we will automatically refund you less all our postage and any return postage costs and any out of pocket expenses we may incur. Refurbished items have a 30 day return to base warranty you will be responsible for the postage, ink cartridges are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty Information New items have a full 12 month warranty starting on the day of purchase if the item needs to be registered with the manufacture via warranty card or phone the item has to be registered or the warranty will be void If a fault occurs some items will need to be returned to us and some to the manufacturer, Return postage in all instances will your responsibility,when a item is being returned as faulty you will need to return the invoice and any warranty registration details. Refurbished items have a 30 day return to base warranty you will be responsible for the postage. Items sold as, for parts, not working, un worked, job lot catalogue returns, Ink & toner cartridges do not have a warranty. Exclusions Warranty’s on items will be void if in our opinion the item has been misused ( ie wire pulled out of headphone’s ) missing any parts, labels, if the item id numbers are missing or show signs of being tampered with. Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft Accessories such as batteries, fuses, bulbs

Some of the regulators and hose that we sell have a 5 year warranty, this covers manufactures faults ONLY and does not cover normal were and tare or water damage
